Which product should I get?

Which picture pieces are in the caddy?

The "Picture Piece Comparison" page has easy to read charts to help answer this question as well as a list of all our A-La-Carte Picture Pieces.

When will my order ship?

All our products are hand made in our shop and have a 3-5 day processing time. We ship via *USPS First Class which takes approximately 2-5 business days to arrive within the continental United States and 10-20 days internationally. *Items will not ship on USPS holidays/closures

Because we are discontinuing our physical products, all purchases are final. 


How do I display the charts in my house? 

Each house and family's preferences are different, so we don't include hanging materials. Many people simply affix them to the wall in some way (tape, command strips, velcro etc.) or display them via magnets on the refrigerator. The choice is yours!

*Don't forget to keep the bags your products arrive in so they can be easily packed while traveling :)

Should I get one for each child?

It depends on your family's needs and preferences. If your children have different bedtimes we suggest each child having their own Wake-up and Bedtime Routine charts. Some families share their schedules and charts when their children's schedules differ by only a couple items and tag picture pieces that pertain to a particular child by using a different small sticker in the corner or a different color sharpie star. If your children have more than three differing activities you might want to consider each child having their own chart. 

Ooops I forgot to order something, can I add to my order? 

Sure! For orders within the USA, email us at info@yourpbs.com within 30 minutes of placing the first order, so we know to wait for your second order before we ship your package. We will ship your orders together and either refund you the second shipping fee or give you a code so you won't be charged for the second shipping fee. ***If you are an international customer you will be refunded any overage from purchasing the international postage for a heavier package.

Can I ship directly to someone else? With a note? Without an invoice? 

Absolutely! We don't include a priced invoice in the package, only a packing slip. The priced invoice is e-mailed straight to you after you place an order. We're happy to write a short (1-2 sentences) note in the package; just leave your message on the "view cart" screen and we'll include it. And then put your desired shipping address in the "ship to" box!  

Will you cover international customs fees?

Unfortunately, no. When shipping internationally, the customer is responsible for all fees associated with the transit of the package. Once we ship your order and provide you a tracking number, you are responsible for any additional fees necessary in order to receive your package.
